Band Biography

Chillbilly is a modern Country band that integrates nuances of classic rock into their music. The band members have, and always will be fans of classic rock and hair metal, which is clearly displayed in their music; From the gritty bass and shredding guitar solos, to the high powered vocals Chillbilly screams rockin' country.

The Trio includes Greg Carroll (bass guitar) who currently tours with Chad Brownlee, reigns from High River, Alberta. Greg is schooled and well versed when it comes to bass; exceedingly enough to not only play it, but teach it as well. Former member of Johikk, Kenny Sitter (lead guitar) From Didsbury, Alberta blows minds with his display of raw and effortless talent. Kenny is a self taught natural on guitar and learned it through sheer curiosity and motivation. Garrett Buchfink (lead vocals) is a brand new untapped power in the music industry breaking out of Hanna, Alberta. His driving powerhouse vocals have turned heads and demanded notice over the past few years singing in his first ever original country project.

The three together form a cohesive bond in music that shines through on and off stage. They're a fun and exciting band to witness and they interact with the crowd to make them part of the show rather than just guests. Chillbilly is currently working on writing their next full length album to be released next year and hoping to take some of those songs on tour for their fans. We can't wait to play for and with all of you in the years to come!
